Is there anything I can use to keep my fake vampire teeth in my mouth?

I got these new Scare Crow Vampire teeth for my Halloween Costume, I followed the directions and everything, but the teeth won’t stay in. I have tried tooth past but that won’t work either. Please don’t say super glue it won’t work it will damage my teeth.
Denture adhesive….Plan ahead…it takes awhile for the stuff to set up and dry. Once its dry you’ll still have to be careful its not very stong.
